FAQ
• Livestock Rubbish Removal offers residential curbside service as well as residential and commercial dumpsters in sizes 2 to 8 yards.
• We also offer clean out dumpsters in sizes 2 to 6 yards as well as 15 and 20 yard container services for larger clean outs and renovations.
• Livestock Rubbish Removal provides service in our hometown of Mason, NH as well as the nearby towns of Brookline, Greenville, Milford, New Ipswich, Temple, and Wilton, New Hampshire. We also provide service in the towns of Ashby, Ashburnham, Pepperell and Townsend, Massachusetts and surrounding areas. Call the office to see if you are within our service area if your town is not listed above.
• Livestock Rubbish Removal observes New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

• Snow cancellations are rare. In the event that we have to suspend trash pickup due to weather conditions, you will be notified by email or automated phone message. Please be sure to keep this information current. You can also check our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/livestockrubbish)for updates.
• You can use our payment portal (livestockrubbishremoval.haulerhero.com)to make payments online with a credit card or checking account. From the portal you can view account history, pay your bill, and set up auto pay.
• Yes! Please call the office or send us an email to make the switch from paper to email billing.
• We do! However, our drivers WILL NOT take large or bulky items if previous arrangements have not been made. You can call the office at 603-878-1809 or 978-386-7749 or email us to schedule a bulky pickup and ask for pricing.
• We DO NOT accept yard waste.
• If you are going to have significantly more than your allotted amount, it would be appreciated if you call or email ahead of time to let us know. Extra charges can be expected on your next billing cycle.
• If you need an additional dump/pickup outside of your regular schedule, you can call the office to arrange an extra pickup for an additional charge.
• You are assigned a trash/recycling PICKUP DAY. We do not assign times for stops along our routes, as routes are subject to change.
• Trash must be out by 7:00 AM on your pickup day!
• If your bin was not at the curb on time, you can call the office to request an off schedule pickup. Please note, if we are no longer in the area, there may be an additional charge.
• Call the office at 603-878-1809 or 978-386-7749 to let us know.
• As a reminder, we do not assign times for stops along our routes, as routes are subject to change. Pickup starts at 7:00 AM and routes can sometimes run as late as 5:00 PM.
• Please refer to your schedule. It is likely that you put the recycling out on a day that you are not scheduled to. If it was missed on a scheduled day please call the office 603-878-1809 or 978-386-7749.
• PAPER - phone books, mail, mixed papers, office paper, envelopes, folders, newspaper & inserts, magazines, catalogs, brochures, pamphlets
• PLASTIC - plastic bottles, plastic jugs, plastic tubs
• CARDBOARD - boxboard, cereal boxes, food boxes, flattened corrugated cardboard 2 feet x 2 feet maximum per piece
• METAL - metal food and beverage containers
• GLASS - glass bottles, glass jars
• ALL ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN AND EMPTY!
• Pizza boxes are on the DO NOT RECYCLE list because they are almost always contaminated with grease stains.
• K-cups are lined with filters and coffee grounds which cannot be recycled.
• There was most likely an obstruction. Please make sure dumpsters are not blocked by vehicles or snow.
• If it is winter, it may be that your driveway was not passable for the truck or your dumpster was not cleared on all 4 sides. The driver must be able to walk around the dumpster to the hook on the back. Please call the office to arrange a dump when the obstruction has been remedied. If the obstruction is cleared the next time we are in your area we will dump it.
• If you were missed accidentally, let us know ASAP.
• If your container is damaged due to normal wear and tear, call the office and we will arrange for a repair or replacement.
• If your container is damaged because of misuse, you may be charged for a replacement.
• With Livestock in our name this sometimes leads to confusion, but NO, we DO NOT dispose of manure/livestock waste.
